At AV&VS we bring together the structure, staff and services that are invaluable in compiling, conserving and managing an art collection.
Every square inch of our 120,000 square foot facility has been thoughtfully designed to offer owners of art, collectibles and other valuables full protection against environmental hazards and security risks. Fully climate-controlled, the facility will include a well equipped conservation room, private showrooms and a beautiful sculpture-meditation garden for meeting or exhibit space. Storage spaces will be arranged and customized to accommodate the needs of different collections, while our large loading dock, high-tech automated lift and double-height penthouse floor will allow us to store oversized and heavy pieces.
There will also be a high-tech automated lift for a 72-space motor vehicle storage area, and a 16,000 square foot double-height penthouse in a modern LEED certified eleven story building.
A full time staff of knowledgeable and well-trained personnel further assures that a collection will be safe and secure within this carefully compartmentalized structure, which in addition to a controlled atmosphere will provide HPR (highly protected risk) certification.
